Ingredients (Serves 3)

- Paneer – 250 gm, cut into small cubes
2. Oil – 1 tbsp
3. Cumin seeds – 1/4 tsp
Onion – 1 small, chopped
Green chilies – 2 – 3, minced
4. Matar / fresh green peas – 1/3 cup
Fresh / frozen corn – 1/3 cup
5. Crushed red chilies – 1/2 tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
Garm masala powder – 1/4 tsp
Pepper powder – 1 pinch
6. Cilantro – 1/4 cup, chopped
Butter – 1 – 1.5 tsp
Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
7. Salt – To taste
Method
Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Splutter cumin seeds and add chopped onion and little salt. Cook for a few minutes till transparent. Add green peas and corn. Cook for 2 – 3 minutes, adding salt. Add crushed chilli flakes, turmeric powder, chilli powder and garam masala powder. Add cubed paneer and mix well. Cook for 2 -3 minutes. Finally add chopped cilantro and butter. Switch off. Mix well. Add lemon juice and serve immediately.
